I'mĀ Nic Bergmans
Iāve spent my entire life in health and fitness and coaching. I know nothing else and theyāre the only jobs that Iāve had my first job as an eight-year-old was coaching the under four soccer team which is kind of ironic cause Iām still coaching to this day. I was an athlete a high-level athlete. I made my way to England for a couple of years played some really high-level stuff against some really big names, but ultimately it wasnāt to be. I mean Iām 5 foot eight and I was trying to be a goalkeeper. I mean letās get Real. I was very good at school. My mum and my Nan were pushing me to go. Study. Ended up doing a diploma of sports development and figured heck if I canāt be an athlete. I might as well train them right. Thatās what I pursued. I ended up going to Deacon university for exercise and sports science but by the time I finished my degree I was already working in high-performance sport just from the people that Iāve met along my career

Iāve worked with professionals in soccer AFL MMA rugby and the Australian national ice hockey team. I decided to stop playing sport quite early because in my mind I wasnāt satisfied with the level that I would play in a realistic sense like I wanted to play professional sport but I donāt think I couldāve got to that Real level that same week I got my first job in the gym.Ā

I started working with I guess more every day people very quickly after that and came to fall in love with the more dramatic changes I could make to peopleās lives. I mean when youāre in sport adding 1 km/h to someoneās top sprint speed is pretty cool but I donāt think itās as cool as helping someone lose 2030 kg Along the way. Iāve met some really cool people I got to experience a large ray of things from rather highness injuries and sickness to people who canāt walk elite sports people and every walk of life imaginable Iāve worked with them all and honestly I love it all. Just love helping people and I love seeing the change that the Taylor approached. The Health and Fitness can make someoneās lives these days. I consider myself a fat loss expert for people who are brand-new to the gym or stuck it ends up being a very complex topic because sometimes thereās a lot of health implications intertwined and then I think that makes my job really fun. Iām pretty sure this is the job that I would do even if I had $100 million in the bank.
