I'm Tori Maxwell
My passion is helping women over 40 feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies — especially through the changes of perimenopause and menopause.
I’m a 56-year-old personal trainer and coach who came to the fitness industry after many years in the corporate world, driven by a desire to do more meaningful, people-focused work. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to work with industry leaders including Les Mills and Ultimate Performance. Today, I bring together real-world coaching experience with evidence-based education to support women through midlife and beyond.
I’ve lived in many different bodies — overweight, underweight, and everything in between. I’ve tried the diets, chased the quick fixes, and learned through experience that lasting results don’t come from restrictions or extremes. They come from consistency, nourishing food, and moving your body with purpose. Strength training has been transformative for me. At 51, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition and placed, proving that it’s never too late to build muscle, confidence, and resilience.
My goal is to help you avoid years of frustration by giving you a realistic, sustainable approach to health and fitness — one that respects your hormones, supports your energy, and helps you feel capable and strong as you age. My coaching combines intelligent resistance training, practical nutrition, and a deep understanding of the midlife female body, without fads or punishment.
